As a Senior Occupational Therapist at Alliedcare, you'll work with diverse clients from various cultures, abilities, and backgrounds. We focus on getting people moving and making every day an adventure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Engagement: Actioning our waitlist and building your portfolio of clients.

  • Service Delivery: Delivering Occupational Therapy services within existing client networks and beyond.

  • Integrated Support: Collaborating with Fitcare Support Workers to ensure progress continues outside of sessions.

  • Program Management: Implementing trainee/return-to-work health and fitness programs.

  • Innovation: Designing and executing new projects to get people active and achieving their goals.

  • Leadership: Growing and mentoring the Occupational Therapy team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

  • A car and full driver's licence.

  • Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.

  • A proactive mindset and a passion for fostering wellness.
