As a Senior Occupational Therapist at Alliedcare, you'll work with diverse clients from various cultures, abilities, and backgrounds. We focus on getting people moving and making every day an adventure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Engagement: Actioning our waitlist and building your portfolio of clients.

Service Delivery: Delivering Occupational Therapy services within existing client networks and beyond.

Integrated Support: Collaborating with Fitcare Support Workers to ensure progress continues outside of sessions.

Program Management: Implementing trainee/return-to-work health and fitness programs.

Innovation: Designing and executing new projects to get people active and achieving their goals.

Leadership: Growing and mentoring the Occupational Therapy team.
REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant tertiary qualifications.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

A car and full driver's licence.

Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.

A proactive mindset and a passion for fostering wellness.
